Foxboro, MA (SportsNetwork.com) - Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Darrius
Heyward-Bey was ruled out for Saturday night's AFC Divisional Playoff game
against the New England Patriots.
Heyward-Bey, who suffered a hamstring injury in last Saturday's 45-44 win over
the Kansas City Chiefs in the Wild Card Round, did not practice this week.
He had 29 receptions for 309 yards and a touchdown this season.
The Colts signed former Patriots wide receiver Deion Branch earlier this week
In addition, Colts safety LaRon Landry (concussion), linebacker Josh McNary
(concussion), offensive lineman Khaled Holmes (calf) and nose tackle Aubrayo
Franklin (rest) are all listed as probable.
Patriots wide receiver Aaron Dobson was ruled out due to a foot injury he
suffered in New England's regular-season finale against the Buffalo Bills.
Dobson hasn't practiced since.
Also for New England, wide receiver Kenbrell Thompkins (hip) and cornerback
Alfonzo Dennard (knee/shoulder) are listed as questionable.
