GREENSBORO, N.C. -- You have an opportunity to voice your opinion on what you think should happen to the Renaissance Shopping Center in Greensboro.

City leaders are hosting a community discussion 7 p.m. Thursday, at 1300 Sykes Avenue in the Peeler Recreation Center.

A Durham non-profit called Self-Help Ventures wants to buy the shopping center. The group wants to renovate the space and bring it up to fully leasable standards. The overhaul could include repairs to the parking lot.
