SUMMERFIELD, N.C. - Ten families have to pick up and move out at a mobile home park in Summerfield.
They attended a town meeting Tuesday night to tell the council they aren't happy about it.
Council members say they bought the land legally. But for some residents, their mobile homes have been there so long the units can't be moved.
"I don't blame the city for buying the property," resident Philip Cox said. "I don't blame the Gordons for selling the property. It's their property, they do what they want to with it, I understand that. But they've left out the main thing: the people that live there."
The residents have 90 days to move out.
