Earlier this week you may have seen the headlines about Bacon being the new birth control. it?

Bacon is not birth control: Headline writers had fun with a small study that showed men who eat a lot of processed meat - stuff like cold cuts, hot dogs and bacon - tend to have poorer sperm quality than guys who don't.

The study of 156 guys also found exercise and diets high in salmon and tuna are associated with higher sperm counts. Shocking conclusion: Guys with healthy habits tend to have healthier sperm.

Bacon eaters who don't want to become dads might still want to use condoms.
