Asheboro -- The parking lot of Randolph Mall in Asheboro may have been the best smelling place in the Triad, today.
Habitat for Humanity held it's annual "Pig Out in the Parking Lot" fundraiser, Saturday. This is the eighth year for the event, but the first time they've moved it to the mall.
The competitive cook-off began at 9am and went on through the day. In the end, Greg Seabolt took top honors, Eddie Trogdon came in 2nd and Eric Grant was 3rd. Lloyd Hunt got a mention for being Best in Show.
Several thousand people attended for music, fun and of course lots of barbeque.
