Three Arrested For Breaking Into Duke Power Plant In Greensboro

Greensboro, NC - Police arrested three people for breaking into a Duke Power facility on Derby Place, Sunday around 11:49 pm.

Officers said there were two holes in the fence that surrounded the power plant and storage building. A Duke Power employee told police that items had been taken from the storage building.

Police arrested Richard Kent from Hamlet, NC and two other people from Rockingham, NC who were found near the plant. All three were taken to the Criminal Investigations Division for questioning and face felony charges.
