Lexington, NC -- A Lexington restaurant chain is taking its biscuit business to Whole Foods Market.
The Business Journal reports, the owner of "Biscuit King" restaurants said she wanted her products sold at Whole Foods Market, and she got it!
Cathy Dunn said she created a healthier version of her biscuits, using unbleached flour and hormone free buttermilk.
Dunn says she signed a vendor agreement to deliver dozens of "Cathy's Homemade Biscuits" to eight Whole Foods stores across North Carolina.
In the coming months, she say's she'll be ready to launch the product through the chain's South region.
