Perth, Australia - A trip to the supermarket turned out to be anything but your average shopping trip for a man who sprung into an action at the checkout counter to help save a toddler's life. The mother of the child, Amy Collard realized her two-year-old, daughter stopped breathing. That's when she asked for help from other customers at the checkout counter, while she ran out in a panic to get her husband.

One of the customers, Rowan O'Neill thought the toddler was choking and turned her upside down to pat her back. Collard's husband ran in the store to help perform the Heimlich maneuver. But when it didn't work O'Neill began mouth-to-mouth resuscitation it took 90 seconds before the girl opened her eyes.

A doctor said the girl had a fever causing her to pass out. She's now back at home.
