Atlantic City, NJ -- The owner of an Atlantic City strip club is going to court -- after highway rest stops were stripped of his brochures. The owner of the Bare Exposure club (Anthony Ariemma) wants his ads back in rest stops on New Jersey highways.
The brochures only show a woman's face and lips. But the text promotes `beautiful naked girls" and "all nude couch dances." The club owner is suing rest stop operator HMS Host and officials of the Garden State Parkway and Atlantic City Expressway. He claims his constitutional rights are being violated.
The strip club controversy was first reported by The Philadelphia Daily News.
