Greensboro, NC-- A community group is offering a free job training program with a goal to get you employed in 18 weeks.

Welfare Reform Liaison Project Inc. is a Greensboro based nonprofit organization that offers a job training program to lower income adults who live in Guilford County.

Theresa Davidson took the 18 week-long program and landed a job with a digital imaging company in Brown Summit called HF Group.

Davidson is one of 26 people placed in jobs since July 1, 2011.

"When you're working and having something to do everyday, that does boost your confidence that you can get out there again," said Davidson.

Last year, Welfare Reform Liaison Project Inc. helped 55 people land jobs.

The entire program is free and you only need a high school diploma or GED.

Welfare Reform Liaison Project Inc.'s office is located at 950 Revolution Mill Drive in Greensboro.

The next meeting is on September 26th.
