Greensboro, NC -- It's about to be tax time and there is a big change in Greensboro. The downtown office is no longer.
Due to maintenance on the downtown building, the Greensboro IRS office has moved to 2303 West Meadowview Road. The office is in the "Kinston" Building" in an office park.
Mark Hanson, a spokesperson for the Greensboro IRS office, joined us live this morning to talk about the move.
He reminded us that if you make less than $40,000 you can get your taxes filed for free at the Greensboro IRS office.
