Jewish Holiday Of Sukkot Celebrated With Building Of Sukka

This enjoyable weather made it the perfect environment for the Temple Brotherhood at Temple Emanuel in Greensboro to build a sukka. So what's a sukka? It's a temporary shelter that isn't a complete structure used for the Jewish Holiday of Sukkot. When building a sukka, it's tradition to not have a roof so you can see the stars at night. Sukkot is a seven day harvest holiday known as a festival of booths.
