No, it's never too early for a poll, especially in New Hampshire.

A new WMUR Granite State poll gives Hillary Rodham Clinton a massive lead and Chris Christie a narrow lead in the state that traditionally hosts the first presidential primary.

Clinton, former Secretary of State, senator, and first lady, has the support of 62% of likely 2016 Democratic primary voters in New Hampshire, the poll says.

Joe Biden, the vice president, is second at 8%, followed by Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick (5%), Newark Mayor and New Jersey senatorial candidate Cory Booker (2%), and New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (1%). Another 19% are undecided.

Christie, the governor of New Hampshire, has a much smaller lead among likely New Hampshire Republican primary voters in 2016.

While Christie is backed by 21%, Kentucky Sen. Ron Paul has 16%.

They are followed by former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (10%), Wisconsin congressman and 2012 vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan (8%), Florida Sen. Marco Rubio (6%), Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (4%), former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum (4%), Texas Gov. Rick Perry (4%), and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (2%).

Another 20% of Republicans say they are undecided.

Stay tuned; only two-and-a-half years before the 2016 New Hampshire primary.
