ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Four people are dead following a murder-suicide inside a Cherokee Street business, with witnesses saying they heard multiple gunshots.
The incident happened around 1:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of Cherokee Street, inside the Cherokee Place Business Incubator.
The victims have been identified as 44-year-old Khadra Muse, 29-year-old Seaeed Abdulla, and 54-year-old Bernice Solomon-Redd.
The suspect is identified as 59-year-old Ahmed Dirir.
All four were found inside the first-floor business A K Home Health Care, LLC.
Muse, Abdulla, and Solomon-Redd were employees; Dirir was the business owner.
Police say surveillance video shows Dirir in a verbal argument inside the businesses. Gunshots were then shown penetrating a wall. No one else entered or exited the business other than the three victims and the suspect.
The weapon, a semi-automatic handgun, was recovered at the scene, Capt. Michael Sack said.
