Camden, NJ -- Police say a 6-year-old boy was stabbed to death in his New Jersey home, and his 12-year-old sister is in critical condition.
Officers say an unknown suspect slit the girl's throat, and then the girl went door to door to find help until a neighbor finally called 911.
Camden County prosecutors say it appears the children were stabbed while together in an upstairs bedroom in their home.
Both children were taken to a hospital, where the boy was pronounced dead, and his sister is still in critical condition.
Two other girls, age 9 and 14, also were in the home but were not injured. The 14-year-old had been babysitting the other children because their mother was in the hospital.
Police are still investigating the stabbing, and no arrests have been made. It's still unclear why the children were targeted Sunday.
