CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WCNC) -- Two robbery suspects were caught after their foot prints in the snow led Charlotte-Mecklenburg police to them.

Police said 21-year-old, Tajae Rashawn Robinson and 21-year-old, Devekico Wright robbed the 7-Eleven on Mallard Creek Road and the 7-Eleven on Old Concord Road.

Investigators said in the first robbery, the armed suspects took money from the store. They also forced employees and occupants of the store to lie down on the floor.

The suspects then took one of the victim's vehicle keys and fled in the victim's vehicle. There were no injuries reported during this robbery.

In the second robbery, suspects pointed a firearm at the clerk and demanded several items. They left the store and fled in a vehicle matching the description of the vehicle stolen in the first robbery.

Police were able to locate Robinson and Wright a few blocks from the second robbery in the stolen vehicle.
