GREENSBORO, N.C. -- What do you do when you have a day off of school and there's snow? You go sledding!
WFMY News 2, found kids armed with their sleds ready to hit the steepest hills in the Triad Wednesday afternoon. Some kids looked like pros going down the big hills at Mendenhall Middle school on Willoughby Boulevard in Greensboro. These kids mostly showed "no fear" while jumping onto their sleds for a little snow fun.
We saw all kinds of sleds including homemade and saucers. Bottom line for these kids it's about having lots of fun.
The spot is known around the City for its sledding adventures when it snows.
