YADKIN COUNTY, N.C. -- N.C. Highway Patrol confirms Pamela Gail Cline, a Yadkin County school bus driver, has been charged for a wreck that happened last year.
Officials charged Cline with Careless Driving. Her court date is scheduled for Feb. 7.
Twenty-one students were on the bus when it overturned just after 7 a.m. on Dec. 3 as it was going around a curve. The bus rested on its side until crews towed it. Ten students and Cline went to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Cline has driven school buses for the county for about 29 years. A Yadkin County Schools spokesperson told WFMY News 2 Cline is not currently driving buses for the school district.
