Police: Boys Caught Trying To Break Into School

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Greensboro Police say they apprehended two juvenile boys after they caught them trying to break into a school.

On Saturday afternoon, officers told WFMY News 2 they arrived to Brightwood Elementary School where a school employee told them they saw two boys trying to enter a classroom through a window.

Police said they went the classroom area and saw the two boys running from the scene.

The two boys were apprehended and interviewed by police. Officers said they transported the boys to their Criminal Investigation Division where they also contacted and interviewed their parents.

Charges are pending at this time.
