The inspector said the employees didn't wash their hands when they arrived at work -- one of them actually handled trash and then handled a bag of hot dog buns without washing their hands in between.  And the dishwasher was broken, so it wasn't sanitizing the dishes.  An official at The Burlington School told us they use an outside caterer for their food services and they take the health and safety of students seriously. So they immediately sprung into action and corrected all of the problems. They're now waiting to be re-inspected.
