Rowan County, NC -- Deputies with the Rowan County Sheriff's Office said they obtained warrants Sunday for a NASCAR driver and his business associate.
Mike Harmon turned himself in to authorities in Cleveland County Monday evening, according to the sheriff's office. He was issued a $10,000 secured bond and was released.
Both Harmon and his associate, David Novak, were accused of stealing at least seven vehicles from fellow racer, Jennifer Jo Cobb in 2012. Deputies said they took two cars and five trucks from Harmon's properties.
Deputies said Novak has not yet been arrested.
