Winston-Salem, NC -- Police say they've charged a driver from Charlotte in an accident on US Highway 52 that killed one man in May.
Officers issued a warrant for the arrest of Hiep Tan Truong, 45, Monday.

Detective say Truong lost control of his box truck on U.S. 52 North May 6 and drove into the concrete median, leading to a chain of collisions involving four vehicles.
Kenneth Leroy Baum, III, was ejected from his Chevrolet Impala and killed in the accident.
Truong is charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle. He's being held under a $5,000 unsecured bond.
Truong is set to appear in court June 24.
