Greensboro, NC -- Linda Faison thought her busines dealings with Amazing Grace Locksmiths and the owner Thomas Jeffrey Hayes was over.
But the check Amazing Grace Locksmiths wrote to Linda for the $142.93 she paid back in September 2012 for a part that never materialized....bounced!
2 Wants To Know called Thomas Hayes' lawyer. He called back right at news time to say Hayes told him there was a bank processing problem and that Hayes would be dropping by cash.
2 Wants To Know found out Hayes moved from the High Point home where he was living just two weeks ago.
2 Wants To Know tracked him down after Linda Faison called us for help. As we looked into his history, we found the Guilford County Sheriff's department wanted Hayes on five fraud counts. We found out where Hayes would be in the early morning hours and we were there when deputies arrested him.
Hayes' next court date is May 23rd.
In the meantime, Linda isn't out all her money. Her insurance company did refund the money she paid to Amazing Grace.
