Greensboro, NC -- 100 families are breathing a sigh of relief Sunday night but the feeling may not last too long.

His Glory Child Development Center will be open in the morning but that's as far into future its owner, Deborah Foster, says she can see.

Foster has been in a lease battle with her property owner, Kotis Properties, trying to stay in their building.

Kotis said Foster's been paying month to month for a couple years now but they've recently given her warning that her lease will be terminated.

Foster said she only needs to stay two more months until her new building is ready.

Kotis said he wants her to sign a three-year-lease, or face eviction.

Foster told WFMY News 2 that she isn't sure if she will sign the three year lease Kotis is offering but she sent an email to him Sunday night saying she would not be signing the lease Monday and would seek counsel from her attorney.
