Fire teams came out to the Spartan Village Apartments Sunday to put out small hot spots in the rubble, according to Guilford County Communications.

There were no visible flames, but there were some smokey areas among the remaining debris.
Demolition crews were also on the scene, continuing to remove damaged materials from the site where the apartment building once stood.
Students living in nearby apartments have not been allowed to return. The school does have housing information posted here for anyone with questions about the incident.
