New Orleans, LA -- Super Bowl week in New Orleans is starting on a high note.

This is the 10th time the Big Easy is hosting the big game - but the first since Hurricane Katrina. The city is ready to showcase its comeback.

The Superdome had a $300 million facelift and when it comes to eating, the restaurant business is booming.

There are dozens of new restaurants and old favorites like Galatoire's in the French Quarter are expecting record crowds. Katrina forced them to shutdown for four months. When the restaurant reopened, profits increased even more - because customers started spending more money.

Business is so good at Galatoire's the restaurant is expanding into the building next door. The new space will be ready for business by Friday, just in time for the Super Bowl.

New Orleans has come a long way since Katrina and its economy is now one of the strongest in the nation.
