So, how do you become a stellar athlete? Most coaches would say, eat the right foods, practice, practice, practice and follow it up with plenty of rest.
News 2's Lauren Melvin learned over 1.1 million kids (average age of 10) say they took some kind of sports-related supplement to enhance their play. And the parents say it was ok.
