Greensboro, NC - It's been a long and a confusing 24-hours for the residents of Cascades Grandview Apartments.

On Thursday, they were given an hour to retrieve belongings before getting out again. And then the power came on again...

"This stinks a lot...I'm very disappointed," said Arielle Sidberry, a 4th floor resident.

"This is overwhelming...overwhelming," said Rowell.

Some residents told News 2's Tony Smith, they want to move but can't.

"I would like to find another place to go because it's been one thing after another," said Tawan Norman.

Lynne burke said, "We are moving out today. I'm not going to give these people a chance to burn us again."

For the residents, who don't have another place to live. They told News 2, they're worried about the next problem that might come up.
