Charlotte, NC (WBTV) -- Charlotte Police said they went to former professional wrestler, Rick Flair's condo after they were called for assault, the second time in two years.
Flair, legal name Richard Morgan Fliehr, called police around 9:40 pm on Monday.
Police said 63 year-old Fliehr told them his wife, Jacqueline Baines Beems, assaulted him. No arrests were made.
In a previous incident, Police were called to Fliehr's home in February 2010. A police report said that he was assaulted by his wife after they returned from dinner and had a "domestic dispute."
Fliehr sustained minor injuries from the first assault incident caused by "personal weapons" such as hands, feet and teeth.
Beems was charged with assault and battery in the 2010 case. She was also charged in Mcklenburg County in April 2012 for impaired and reckless driving.
