Blackened Tilapia Recipe
Serves 2-4

2-8 oz tilapias
2 teaspoons Spice Delight All-Purpose Essence
1 teaspoon blackened seasoning
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1- Rinse tilapia and pat dry.
2 - Place tilapia in a bowl and season with spices.
3- Add vegetable oil to help the seasoning evenly coat tilapia.
4- Pre- heat cast iron pan over medium heat and drizzle oil in the pan.
5- Place tilapia in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.  

Dirty Rice Recipe
Serves 4-6

1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup chopped red onion
½ lb. ground turkey
2 tablespoons diced celery
2 tablespoons Spice Delight All-Purpose Essence
2 cups chicken stock (Better than Bouillon brand)
1 cup jasmine rice

1- In a medium size skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
2- Add onions, ground turkey, celery and Spice Delight All-Purpose Essence.
3- Cook 5 minutes or until turkey is cooked.
4- Add chicken stock and rice, cook 30 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
