According to the inspection report, shrimp was being thawed improperly and cold food items weren't being stored at safe temperatures -- they weren't cold enough.  But most of the problems were corrected during the inspection.

The inspector said the dish washing machine wasn't working properly.  It wasn't sanitizing dishes. And there were expired eggs and cheese in the walk-in cooler.  The food was thrown away and the dish washer was fixed immediately.

According to the inspector , there were small flies under a sink and a chicken breast wasn't cooked to a safe temperature, but it was re-heated during the inspection.  An official with Bojangles also said the other issues were immediately addressed and corrected during the inspection process.

The inspector said they didn't have a thermometer and cleaning was needed on the shelves and in the walk-in cooler. 
But an employee told us -- they already bought a slew of new equipment and made all the changes.  They're now waiting to be re-inspected.
