GREENSBORO, NC--High pressure will extend southwestward into the Piedmont through tonight. Surface low pressure will develop along the North Carolina cost tonight and Monday as an upper-level disturbances approaches from the west. High pressure will build back over the Piedmont for Tuesday through Friday with a nice warming trend.
Tonight clouds will gradually increase especially after midnight with a low of 33. Monday we will see a mix of sun and clouds. The high on Monday will be 53.
Tuesday will be partly sunny with a high of 55. A disturbance passing south of the area on Wednesday will produce extra clouds and a 20% chance of a sprinkle or shower. The high on Wednesday will be near 60. Thursday and Friday will be partly sunny with a high of 62 on Thursday and 69 on Friday.
A cold front will slowly move our way and bring a chance of showers mainly after midnight Friday night with a better chance Saturday.
