GREENSBORO, N.C. -- The Lindley Park Filling Station in Greensboro hosted the "Toss" Out Lupus Family-Friendly Fair to benefit the Susan Corbett Lupus Research fund at UNC-Chapel Hill.
The fair held a cornhole tournament with a $500 grand prize. The group also had food booths and raffles for guests to enjoy.
Money raised benefits the Susan orbett Lupus Research Fund at UNC-Chapel Hill.
"This has been something that's been in the works for a couple years now, and to finally see it come to fuition, to see all these people out here, all coming out for me and to help support the disease I fight, it just means so much to me," says Susan Corbett.
Live music was provided by local artist Jessica Mashburn.
The event was emceed by Rock 92 morning show host Deidre James.
