GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Food and friends are two of life's greatest treasures. Both made strides in making a difference in 17-year-old KeeCee Frazier-Devenny's life Sunday afternoon.

The Spring Garden Food Truck Festival was enjoyed by all along with a wine tasting and live music.

KeeCee was born with sickle cell disease and underwent a stem cell transplant in August at Duke University Medical Center. The Children's Organ Transplant Association is raising funds to help her and her family with transplant-related costs.

People also enjoyed face-painting and shopping in the Spring Garden area.

All profits from the food truck festival and wine tasting will go towards helping KeeCee and her family.
