WILMINGTON, NC - Mold issues have cropped up in two elementary schools in New Hanover County.
A week ago, about 100 fifth grade students were moved to another school after mold was found at Bellamy Elementary.
The Bellamy students were moved to mobile units at Parsley Elementary that had not been used full-time. Parents asked that they be tested, and, on Thursday, school officials said one of those mobile units also tested positive for mold.
School officials say they won't hold class in any of the contaminated units.
The students are now being moved to another area for teaching while Bellamy is cleaned.
