$300 Million In Recovered Assets In Zeek Rewards Case

More than $300-million dollars have been collected to pay back victims of Zeek Rewards.

Last year, the feds shut down the alleged Ponzi scheme, based in Lexington.  Zeek Rewards drew millions of customers from around the world.. and is accused of orchestrating a 600-million-dollar pyramid scheme.

So far, more than 80-thousand claims have been filed from people who lost money.  The court-appointed receiver says more than $300-million has been collected, to pay back victims.

Last month, net-winners agreed to pay back one-point-eight million dollars.  It was in an effort to avoid being sued.
