Man Stabbed During Fight In Greensboro

Greensboro, NC-- Police in Greensboro are investigating a stabbing that happened Wednesday afternoon in the 1100 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive.

Officers responded to the call around 5:24 p.m. on an alleged assault. Police found 46-year-old, Joshua Jones, Jr. with a non-life threatening stab wound. Jones was taken to the hospital by EMS for his injury.

Investigators said Jones was stabbed by Johnny King, 39 when the two got into a fight. King was not at the scene during the investigation, but was taken into custody in the area of Arlington Street and Andrew Street.

Charges are pending against King.
