Summer means beautiful days! Great warm weather! And you know what that means? It's time
to hang out on your patio!
If you want to spruce up your patio - we have a few ideas that may help you out.
First of all - create lots of different sitting arrangements.

We have two chairs here in the shade for those that do not want to be in the sun - there is no excuse why you can't come outside and sit here in these comfy chairs and there is even art on the wall.

Now, as you turn the corner on the outside - two more chairs in the sun for those of you that like to sun worship. We even have all different types of pots.

Here, we have one full of herbs.
I love growing herbs in pots because they love good drainage.

Plus they like it when the pot warms up during the day they do so much better.
So, not only does it look awesome, but it is very functional because you can harvest and cook with these right at the BBQ not too far away.

Then we have this fire pit - not what are you going to do with a fire pit in the summer time?
A lot of us just cover them with tarps or put them under our decks or in our garage.
Why not drill a hole in it and fill it with potting soil and use it as a planter for seasonal color? Then when fall comes you can empty it back out and use it as a fire pit.
Now, we also have a sitting area here at the table that the homeowner made herself with a big red umbrella for shade.

Even her fence is decorated.

She did this great picture frame and put window boxes in the middle of it - making living art.

Now, when you bring all these different details and elements together you have one great patio that you and your family are guaranteed to enjoy.
