Thomasville, NC-- Two people are getting treatment for rabies after being attacked by a fox.
Wednesday, Animal Control officers in Davidson County killed the fox after it had attacked two people in Thomasville.
Friday, officers confirmed that the animal tested positive for rabies. The two victims have already started their rabies treatment.
This is the fifth case of rabies for Davidson County.
