Greensboro--If you have outdoor activities this weekend, it may be a good idea to have a backup rain plan. Although showers could pop up anytime, the best chance will be during the afternoon and evening hours.

A stationary front near the Virginia and a wave of low pressure approaching from the west will keep a 60% chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms in the forecast through Monday.

Temperatures will be held down a bit because the higher rain chances and extra clouds. Highs will be in the upper 70's which is about normal for this time of year.
