Alamance County, NC -- AT&T customers in southeastern Alamance County are experiencing phone outages, according to Emergency Management.

Director Dave Leonard says the outages are affecting customers from Highway 54 East in Graham almost to the county line.

The outages will affect 911 service for AT&T landline customers in the area. Leonard advises that anyone with an emergency call 911 on their cell phone or go to the Swepsonville Fire Department for help.

The cause of the outages is still unknown.

Leonard says the county and AT&T have no estimate for when service will be restored in the area.
