Greensboro--Rain chances will continue to increase this afternoon. The approaching slow moving system will keep a good chance of rain around through early Tuesday.
Rainfall amounts will average around 1.0" to 1.25" between now and Monday night.
Temperatures will be on the cool side for Today and Monday. the high today will be 62, with a high of 66 on Tuesday.
By Wednesday and Thursday, rain chances will reduce to only 20%. Any showers on Wednesday and Thursday will be isolated in nature.
The system slowly moving through the area now may stall just off the Carolina coast by Tuesday. This would keep a moist east and northeasterly wind over the Piedmont. This would produce extra clouds for the week ahead.
