Boston, MA-- There have been several headlines surrounding the Boston suspects.
1) Dzhokar Tsarnaev confessed that he and his brother weren't done.
2) A big flaw in their plan kept them from bombing Times Square.
3) The suspects' mother thinks her sons were set up.
Dzhokar Tsarnaev has confessed that he and his brother were headed to New York City to set off more bombs in Times Square. Why didn't get there? They hijacked a car that was running out of gas. They weren't even far from Boston when they ordered the driver to pull over for gas.
That driver was able to escape and call police. That's when the plan to set off five bombs in New York started to fall apart.
We also learned that Dzhokar Tsarnaev might not have had a weapon on him when he was in the boat behind a house. Initial reports said there was a shoot-out between him and police. Now, investigators say there was no gun in the boat where he was hiding.
The suspects' father is expected to fly to Boston from Chechnya to take Tamerlan's body back for burial. Their mother doesn't believe her sons are responsible.
"I am mother, loving mother of two kids. I don't know. This is really crazy. I can't even describe it. I don't know. I have no strength. I have nothing. i have no sleep. I'm just like dead," said Zubeidat Tsarnaev, the suspects' mother.
We learned that Tamerlan and Zubeidat are both on a United States terrorist database.
