Greensboro--Today will be another great day to get outdoors. With a mostly sunny sky, temperatures will reach 70 this afternoon. It only gets warmer through the new week.
High pressure continues to expand and get stronger over the southeastern U.S. As it does, more warm weather is expected in the Piedmont. For much of the week ahead, temperatures will warm above normal for this time of year.
After reaching 70 today, we will warm into the mid 70's Monday afternoon. For Tuesday through Thursday, high temperatures will warm into the upper 70's. Wednesday could be our warmest day as we could reach 80.
Our normal high temperature is 68, and out normal low is 45.
