Triad -- It was a soggy Friday and Saturday. The front which caused the clouds, showers and cool temperatures will finally clear the area on Sunday.
In the meantime, the clouds will stick around most of Saturday night. There could even be a little left over drizzle and fog isn't out of the question.
During the day on Sunday, the clouds will decrease and eventually lead to a mostly sunny afternoon. Highs will be close to 60. That will be the warmest day in the extended forecast.
By Monday, another low pressure system will be on the move. It will increase clouds on Monday and could bring a shower late in the day. The best rain chance will be Monday night and Tuesday. Over an inch of rain could be possible for some areas.
That system will exit the state by Wednesday. By then, the sun will return and temperatures will hover within a few degrees of 50 for the rest of the week.
