Triad Volunteers Leaving To Help Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting Victims

Greensboro, NC -- Some of our neighbors are heading to Connecticut to help out.

Jim Guidone and a group from the Red Cross in Greensboro will head there Friday night or Saturday morning, to provide food and counseling to victims families' and the community in Newtown, CT.

"There are people crying all of the country today, not just in Connecticut. I'm happy to help these good folks. They're gonna need a lot of help over the next few days, weeks, and months," said Jim Guidone, Red Cross Volunteer.
