Free Rabies Shots This Weekend In Randolph County

Randolph County, NC -- Free rabies shots will be given to dogs and cats this Saturday at the Randolph County Health Department from 10am-2pm.

Along with free rabies shots, the health department is offering discounted parvo and distemper medication for $3, and youth education on responsible pet ownership.

The health department is located at 2222 B South Fayetteville Street in Asheboro.

Pre-registration is not required.

Dog owners are asked to bring dogs on a leash and cats must be safely contained in a carrier.

If you are concerned about your pet or do not have a collar or carrier, please leave your pet in the car and request assistance from the greeter.
