Early Voting Begins Thursday In Guilford County

Greensboro, NC -- Early voting for the October primary elections begins Thursday at 8am.   Most of the city and town council seats across the county are up for grabs, including Greensboro and High Point mayor.

Registered voters can cast their votes at the Greensboro or High Point Board of Elections Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.  Same day registration is also available at early voting locations.

To register on site, residents must provide identification with their current name and address.

 The deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail is Tuesday, October 4 at 5PM. A voter who has a sickness or disability may request a ballot by mail any time prior to 5PM on Monday, October 10.

Primary election day is Tuesday, October 11.  The general election is Tuesday, November 8.
