Doctor's Tips On Keeping Skin Vibrant During Winter

When the temperatures drop, so does the luminosity of your skin; but we are here to change that! We asked Dr. Christine Yuengel and cosmetic medical aesthetician Janet Kosloske from Winston-Salem Dermatology & Surgery Center stopped by with their tips. 

Dr. Yuengel says that three things you can do without a prescription to enhance your skin are: stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, get a good night's sleep, and wear SPF even in the wintertime. She also suggested a three-step regimen you can use to keep the skin looking fresh.

Janet Kosloske broke down the different types of facials and treatments you should get in your 30s, 40s, and 50s.
