WFMY - The Winston-Salem Professional Fire Fighter's Association is hosting its first Chili & Chicken Stew Cook-off this weekend.  They stopped by the WFMY News 2 Kitchen on Thursday to show us how it's done.

Scott Swaim and Josh Brendle, members of Winston-Salem Professional Fire Fighters Association, Local 682, teamed up to make their "Fireman Chili."

The Chili and Chicken Stew Cook-Off is on Saturday, December 7th  at 3725 Crosland Road in Winston-Salem.  They're raising money for the Firefighter Coats for Kids Program.

They're still looking for chefs to participate.  Admission is $5 and includes a sampling band. The event kicks off at 3 p.m.
